Come try out this new class which will focus on increasing your muscular strength. Nene O. will be leading this class which is designed to help you improve your muscular strength and endurance in a safe, fun workout. We will be using resistance bands to do the full body workout. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Please consult with your physician prior to beginning any new workout routine.
